The intensive guitar-making course includes organizing excursions to historically significant cultural centers and visiting the authentic sights of Andalusia.

Castles of Andalusia. Many medieval castles have been preserved in the Granada province. The most famous one is the Alhambra Palace located in Granada, which was built by the Moors in the 13th century. The Alhambra Palace is one of the three most visited attractions in Spain, along with the Prado Museum in Madrid and the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

Costa Tropical coast. Just 60 km away from Granada are beautiful beaches with azure water. Due to the uniquely mild climate of the coast (+20 ºC in winter, +30 ºC in summer), mangoes and avocados grow here.

Sierra Nevada. The famous ski resort in the south of Spain is located just 30 km from Granada. Skiing is possible from November to the end of March. The resort has 45 slopes of various difficulty levels with a total length of 87 km. The maximum height is 3398 m. Every year, competitions of European and international level are held at Sierra Nevada.

Alpujarras. A unique and authentic corner of Spain, located on the slopes of the mountains near Granada, where the Arab buildings from the Middle Ages have been preserved. Thanks to the preserved local crafts, gastronomy and the delightful mountain scenery around Alpujarras, it is an ideal place for nature lovers and small towns.

Caves of Nerja. In a small resort town on the coast, there are amazing underground caves dating back five million years. They are striking in their size, and consist of several galleries and halls spread across approximately 5 kilometers. In one of the cave halls there is a natural amphitheater, where Mstislav Rastropovich, Maya Plisetskaya, Paco de Lucia, and Montserrat Caballe performed at different times.

Caminito del Rey. One of the most well-known mountain trails in the world offers a stunning view from an observation deck with a glass floor and a suspension bridge located in a gorge that’s about 100 m deep.

Linares. The birthplace of the famous Spanish guitarist Andreas Segovia. In this town, you will find his old house, which has been turned into a museum. This is where he was buried.

Almeria. The birthplace of Antonio de Torres Jurado, where you’ll find the one-of-a-kind, unique museum dedicated to the creator of the modern classical guitar and the legendary guitar maker.
